Who is Adam's Alliance and where does the money go?: Adam's Alliance is a fundraising organization that donates all money raised to the Greater Illinois Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS). For every $1 donated to the NMSS:

55¢ — research efforts (there is currently no cure for Multiple Sclerosis)

34¢ — programs and education

11¢ — fundraising and management

Spring Crop Event

Where is the Spring Crop Event held?: The Spring Crop Event is held at the Holiday Inn, 226 17th Street, Rock Island, IL 61201.
How do registration and pricing work for the Spring event?: Registration options: attendees may choose whether to partake in the meals offered, which affects pricing.

Payment methods: credit card, personal check, or cash.

Advance registration required: you cannot just show up — registration and payment are required ahead of the event.

No seat reservations: seats are not reserved until your registration form and payment have been received.

No partial-day discounts: full-day attendance is required; there is no discounted price for partial attendance.
What dining and dietary options are available at the Spring event?: Special dietary needs: no special requests are accommodated.

Menu: posted in advance to help you decide.

Alternatives: the on-site hotel restaurant, several restaurants in the area, and delivery options to the hotel.
What facilities and amenities does the Spring venue offer?: WiFi: available.

Power: outlets/power bars provided near all tables (bring your own extension cord to guarantee reach).

Parking: hotel parking lot, on-street parking, and a parking lot across the street.

Lodging: no requirement to stay overnight at the hotel.
What beverages and snacks are provided at the Spring event?: Drinks provided: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Root Beer, bottled water, iced tea, and coffee.

Personal beverages: you are welcome to bring your own.

Snacks: a community snack table is available in the Retreat Room.

Table snacks: snacks you bring for your own group should stay at your table (not for community sharing).
How does seating work at the Spring event?: Seating requests: can be made, but no guarantee that it will be honored. We try our best, but sometimes it's simply not possible based on other factors.

Limited premium spots: only so many seats along walls or near bathrooms are available.

Extra tables: allowed as long as they don't block aisles (a safety requirement).
Are there vendor and promotional opportunities at the Spring event?: Information distribution: you may place materials at attendees' seats.

Vendor fair: available on Saturday — contact Leanne Stortz (spots fill up fast).

Donations welcome: raffle table and door prize donations are accepted.

Fall Crop Event

Where is the Fall Crop Event held?: The Fall Crop Event is held at the Wild Rose Casino & Resort, 777 Wild Rose Drive, Clinton, IA 52732.
How do registration and pricing work for the Fall event?: Registration options: Friday and Saturday - you decide on how many hours you attend

Payment methods: credit card, personal check, or cash.

Advance registration required: you cannot just show up — registration and payment are required ahead of the event, or a ticket purchased online.

No seat reservations: seats are not reserved until your registration form and payment have been received, or a ticket is purchased online.
What meals are provided at the Fall event?: Friday: no food offered.

Saturday breakfast: provided by generous donors.

Saturday lunch: food trucks located outside the ballroom doors.

Saturday dinner: Taco Bar

Special dietary needs: not accommodated due to event size (170+ people).

Alternatives: another restaurant within the casino, delivery options in the area, and fast-food options nearby.
What facilities and amenities does the Fall venue offer?: WiFi: available.

Power: outlets/power bars provided near all tables (bring your own extension cord to guarantee reach).

Parking: you may unload at the Ballroom doors from the Valley West Drive entrance; park in the guest lot (not the employee lot), following the side road from the first parking lot to the guest lot.
